Shipping
Domestic shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express and is based on your purchase total. Domestic shipping includes the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Use the table below to calculate your shipping expense. You may select from Standard (5-10 days) or Expedited (3-5 days). Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Please note: some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange
Swank boutique gladly accepts the return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased from swankboutiqueshop.com for store credit or exchange only. All items must have original receipt and tags attached. Items must be returned within 12 days from the ship date (online purchases only) made through www.swankboutiqueshop.com.
Note that all sales are final for the following items: accessories, swimwear, shoes, intimates, new bras and items on sale. These items may not be returned or exchanged.
Making an Exchange
Please email us at swank.boutique@hotmail.com the item and reason for return. We will make arrangements to either exchange the item or give you in store credit.
Items that may NOT be exchanged include : Final Sale Items, Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, Accessories, Jewelry, Innerwear, Intimates, and items marked Sale Items, these items cannot be returned for exchange, or credit.
